June for Josie - Family Session Fundraiser

Josie645_web

I needed to figure out a way to help.

On April 17th, my son's best friend at school was severely injured in a backyard fire. It's a parent's worst nightmare...their beautiful child with 3rd degree burns over 50% of her body. Instead of playing with her fellow fourth grade classmates, Josie is currently at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis facing an incredible challenge. This family's struggle is only beginning...and I want to do something to help. And with your help, we could really make a difference in this little girl's life.

Starting the last weekend in May through the entire month of June, all proceeds from every family session booked and all print sales will be donated to the foundation that helps with Josie's medical bills and recovery costs. Again....every dime that I get from these sessions and any prints sold will go to this family.

Here are the details:

Each family session is $250 for one hour and includes a sitting for up to 6 people. Each additional family member is $25. All images will be hosted online for 9 months where friends and family members can purchase prints a la carte. Each family will also receive one free 8x10 print from their session. Sales from every print will go to this family. As an added incentive...if we raise $5000 every family will receive a disc of the 5x7 images files from their session (a $300 value!!!). (If you would like your session captured on Kodak film, please add $80 to your session fee.)

I will book sessions from May 30th through June 30th. How many will I do? As many as I can book....it's really up to YOU!!! If you're interested in seeing some of my past family sessions, click here. If you would like to book your session, please email me at eric(at)ericruddphotography.com, or click the contact link above.

P.S. I took the shot above of Josie during her 4th grade class "career day." She wants to be a professional basketball player. :o)

If our grandson Charlie has Josie as his friend then she can be our friend too. We are praying for her.
