Allison and David's wedding had it all...a gorgeous bride, men in uniform, a classy location, and great music. I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of their wedding...such a great couple! Downtown Indianapolis was the urban backdrop for a wonderful celebration! Congratulations, Allie and David!!!

First, I would like to say that your work is very inspiring for me. I love your overall style and versatility. My question is about the lens you used to shoot the black and white pre-ceremony shots. Is that a 50mm? If so, is that your preferred lens when shooting in the 35mm format?
Hi Rob, Thanks for the kind words and questions. I used two cameras and four lenses for the getting ready and ceremony stuff. When Allison was getting ready, I used the Contax RTS 35mm, TriX film, with the Zeiss 50mm and a couple shots with the 25mm for the wider stuff. The ceremony was all digital, where I used the 50mm 1.4 and the 35mm 1.4. If I had a "preferred lens" I guess it would be the 50mm. Although I'm falling in love with the 25mm. That lens usually lives on my camera for personal, around town stuff. Thanks!
