As the owner of my own business I am always looking for new ways to grow my business and to increase my www footprint and reach. This week on the Google Blog there was a post about a new service they are introducing....the Google Profile. This profile is similar to the information folks post on other social networking sites such as Flickr, Facebook, MySpace, etc. In this profile you are able to write a short bio, add other links to external websites such as home pages, business sites, etc., and enter other little bits of information. When a websurfer enters a search for your name, a link to your profile will be included on the bottom of the search results with a link to your profile page. Pretty neat, huh?
